ASPBAE Executive Council Meeting in Japan, Feb-Mar 2019
TCF Chairman, Dr Thein Lwin attended the Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE) Executive Council Meeting held in Gotemba, Japan on Feb 28 - Mar 4, 2019. TCF is a member of ASPBAE and Dr. Lwin is elected to the Executive Council.
